Conclusion of a contract
After clarifying all the conditions of cooperation, you will need to conclude a contract.
- INN / KPP (certified copy).
- USRLE (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) (certified copy).
- Articles of Association (certified copy, all pages).
- Head's passport (page with photo and last registration).
- Power of attorney for the person who has the right to sign the contract for the head (if the contract is not signed by the head).
- The last VAT declaration with a receipt of acceptance by the tax authority (if the legal entity is on general tax system).
- The last declaration for the simplified taxation system with a receipt of acceptance by the tax authority (if the legal entity is on the simplified tax system or patent tax system).
- Latest balance sheet and income statement with receipt of acceptance by the tax authority.
- Report on the average headcount for the last year with a receipt of acceptance by the tax authority/
- From warehouse (EXW, FCA), delivery (CPT)
- We organize shipment by auto and railway transport
- We will provide fast loading on the agreed dates

- We will send the originals of documents by express mail
